10 AI messages per day, 5 chat histories, and every coaching role. Saved plans, favorites, exports, and voice chat are Premium and up.
Yes. Every reply draws on your profile, role, goals, and the conversation so far. AI memory also keeps durable facts — ones you add in Settings and ones it picks up from your chats — and you can review, edit, or delete them, or turn memory off entirely.
Yes — attach images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF) and the coach can see them, or PDFs and it reads their text. Files can be up to 10MB.
Premium and Business are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal.
